Hey, I’m Stacey!

I am a licensed social worker (LSW) with a strong passion for women’s health and wellness. Over the years, I’ve held various clinical and leadership roles across different healthcare settings, but my true calling is supporting women through life’s most challenging transitions. I hold specialized certifications in perinatal mental health (PMH-C), mindfulness (CMIP), and clinical trauma (CCTP), which allow me to address a wide range of mental health concerns with expertise and compassion.

I specialize in working with women aged 16 and older, focusing on issues like life transitions, anxiety, and stress management. My therapeutic approach is warm, supportive, and educational, blending mindfulness practices, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and compassion-focused therapies. I’m particularly passionate about helping women navigate emerging adulthood, build confidence and self-esteem, manage career burnout, and establish healthy boundaries.

My work in perinatal mental health centers on supporting women through the experiences of pregnancy and the first year postpartum, with a special focus on those in military and law enforcement roles. I also have significant experience working with individuals dealing with OCD, parenting stressors, and the unique challenges faced by those involved in Al-Anon/Nar-Anon communities.

My commitment is to help you not only address immediate concerns but also empower you to build resilience and thrive in all aspects of your life. I’m here to support you on your journey to personal and emotional well-being.
