Group Therapy.
Power through numbers.
Our therapists design group sessions tailored to the unique needs of our community, bringing together individuals who share similar struggles and experiences for collective healing. Group therapy is powerful due to the sense of community created through connection and vulnerability, allowing participants to support and learn from each other in a safe, empathetic environment. At Mindfully Active, we offer both traditional talk therapy groups and art therapy groups, providing diverse avenues for expression and growth. These group settings foster mutual understanding, reduce feelings of isolation, and enhance personal insight, empowering members to overcome challenges and build stronger, more resilient selves.
