At Mindfully Active, we offer both traditional talk therapy groups and art therapy groups, providing diverse avenues for expression and growth. Pet loss support group

The 1st Thursday of every month, 7-8pm VIRTUALLY.

Share, process, remember and honor our oh-so-loved furry friends. This group is for anyone in NJ suffering from the loss of a pet and a place to navigate those feelings with others. This group is sponsored by Absecon Veterinary Hospital.
