Conversation Heart Banner
I know we are one day post-valentines day, but take this post and text it to yourself, save it in your phone, and mark the idea down for next year. You can find Valentines Day stuff in stores in December, but there’s nothing like getting to make one with your own custom sayings on it!
I will walk you through the steps on how to make one, provide for you links for all of the items, and provide multiple lists of ideas and themes!
Supplies Needed:
Scissors
Pencil
Pastel colored paper
Heart shaped Cookie Cutter (or one hand drawn heart to use to trace all of the others)
A theme for your words and phrases
A fun playlist to listen to while you create!
Tape
Any String you like!
The goal is to be able to utilize the entire sheet of paper and get as many as you can traced into the space!
The Best Red Markers
You really want to be able to read the words as the banner is hung, so it is important to pick a red marker that is bold and bright! You can see for the "coping skills" conversation heart I had used a marker that didn't grow up great. With trial and error, I discovered that a red sharpie does the trick!
There you have it
