Hey, I’m TAylor!

It’s okay to not be okay. I believe in creating a collaborative and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings openly. My goal is to empower individuals to develop coping skills and achieve a more balanced and fulfilling life. I am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), I obtained a Master’s degree in Social Work from Stockton University in 2017. I have extensive experience working with various populations and am passionate about guiding individuals toward emotional well-being and personal growth. I have worked in hospitals, in homes, and in outpatient settings. I specialize in treating adult mental health including adjustment disorders, mood disorders, grief and loss, caregiver fatigue, end of life, and burn out.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I practice an eclectic approach to tailor the treatment specific to the clients unique needs. As a 200 hour registered yoga teacher and level II reiki practitioner, when it is appropriate, I will approach treatment from a mind-body perspective. This approach is grounded in the belief that the body holds wisdom to heal and that addressing physical sensations and emotional experiences together can lead to transformative change. This includes developing ways to self-soothe and calm the nervous system.

I believe in the inherent strength and resilience within each person. My role is to support you in tapping into your own resources and gaining new insights that lead to meaningful change. Therapy is a partnership, and I am here to guide, listen, and challenge you in a respectful and empathetic manner.

I really look forward to working with you!
