Hey, I’m Brianna!
I’m a Licensed Social Worker, and I work with teens and adults who are trying to make sense of things that feel heavy, confusing, or hard to put into words. A lot of the people I work with have been through experiences that shaped how they see themselves, their relationships, or the world around them. Sometimes that shows up as anxiety, low mood, anger, or patterns that feel hard to break. Sometimes it’s connected to deeper experiences like trauma, loss, or growing up in environments where your needs weren’t fully seen or supported.
If you’re a parent reading this, I understand how hard it can be to watch your child struggle and not know exactly how to help. My goal is to create a space where they feel safe enough to open up at their own pace, while also supporting you in understanding what they’re going through and how to best show up for them. If you’re a teen, you don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You don’t even need the “right words.” We can take it one step at a time and figure things out together, in a way that actually feels comfortable for you. And if you’re here for yourself, as an adult, you might already have insight into what’s been weighing on you, or you might just know that something feels off. Either way, therapy doesn’t have to be overwhelming or overly clinical. It can be a space where you slow things down, understand your patterns, and start responding to yourself and your life differently.
I work with individuals navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship patterns like codependency, life transitions, and different forms of grief, including the kind that comes from losing someone emotionally, even if they’re still here. My approach is steady, honest, and supportive. I’m not here to rush the process or tell you who you should be. I’m here to help you understand yourself more clearly, work through what’s been weighing on you, and build something that feels more manageable and meaningful moving forward.
